About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Affiliate Executive / Affiliate Manager with 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing affiliate campaigns, building publisher relationships, optimizing performance, and driving revenue growth across various affiliate channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute affiliate marketing campaigns across App and Web.
- Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with publishers and affiliate partners.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize traffic quality and ROI.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Track daily campaign metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Negotiate payouts, budgets, and campaign terms with publishers.
- Ensure timely campaign launches and achievement of delivery targets.
- Analyze data and provide recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new affiliate opportunities.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing.
- Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPI, CPS, CPC, CPM, CPV, and CPI campaigns.
- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as Offer18, HasOffers/Tune, CAKE, Affise, Everflow, or Vnative.
- Good knowledge of publisher management and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in performance marketing and digital advertising.
- Understanding of app promotion and lead generation campaigns.
