Our Digital Activation TeamAll brands under HMN are serviced by a centralised digital activation function - a scaled team of 250+ experts spanning PPC SEO, affiliates, paid social, programmatic and commerce in the UK.Our paid social media team consists of over 60 experts – a team of executives, managers, directors and business directors – led by a head of paid social.

This is an exciting Paid Social Executive position within the Arena activation team, working on a diverse range of clients. You’ll be developed to manage responsibilities on key pieces of business, providing a superior service to our clients and delivering innovative communication and planning solutions.
You will develop and apply your knowledge of paid social platforms to identify the most appropriate mediums and solutions to overcome the challenges clients are facing.
Key ResponsbilitiesAccurate campaign set up across all social media platforms - to brief and to deadline Manage paid media campaigns as they go live, providing real-time optimisation recommendations to improve results Daily pacing and tracking of campaign performance across portfolio of clients and communicate to Social Managers or Social Director on any irregularities Provide accurate data for campaign reporting and contribute to post campaign performance (PCA) reports Establish strong relationships with Client Planning teams enabling clear and effective communication, building trust and influence for Paid Social Own month end reconciliation process Support in the resolution of financial queries in a timely manner Participate in client meetings as required Contribute to wider Paid Social team meetings, sharing learnings and providing updates as appropriate Desirable Skills And ExperienceA genuine passion for Social Media Confident and comfortable communicator A natural problem solver and a ‘can-do’ attitude Strong attention to detail and precision data input Comfortable with numbers Process driven An ‘outside the box’ thinker Desire to learn and demonstratable ambition to grow, develop and share gained knowledge
