Position Overview

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Key Holder / Sales Associate who thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment and is excited about helping customers find products they love. As a Key Holder / Sales Associate at Getoutside Shoes, you’ll engage customers in-store, provide knowledgeable product recommendations, help motivate the team and create a welcoming atmosphere.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and enjoys staying up-to-date on fashion and shoe trends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to create a positive shopping experience
• Assist customers in selecting products and provide product knowledge for our wide selection of shoes, boots, runners, dress shoes and more!
• Stay informed on current inventory, product promotions, and new arrivals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals
• Respond to customer inquiries and feedback to ensure satisfaction
• Contribute to store events and promotions, especially during peak seasons

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years key holder experience, retail preferred
• Passion for fashion, shoes, and accessories
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of or interest in key brands we carry is a plus (Converse, Vans, Birkenstock, Solovair, etc)
