We are seeking a commercially focused and detail-oriented Qualified Management Accountant to join a growing hospitality business based in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Monitor and report on key business KPIs and operational performance metrics
• Support senior management with commercial and financial insights
• Analyse revenue, labour, and cost trends across hospitality operations
• Assist with cash flow management and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and accounting standards
• Partner with operational teams to improve profitability and efficiency
• Support year-end audit and statutory reporting requirements

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
• Previous experience within the hospitality, leisure, or retail sector preferred
• Strong budgeting and forecasting experience
• Proven ability to develop and analyse KPIs
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge
• Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
