Job Description

• Through functional and technical knowledge of enterprise fraud and anti-money laundering application
• Fraud used by online channels - keeping it up and running 24 * 7 is the key role
• Reporting periodical MIS on the performance of the application
• Should be proactive in identifying, reporting and resolving the issues on timely manner
• Ensure DR and continuity of applications for business
• Adhering to audit, security compliance and implementing for applications supported
• Handling incident management
• Identifying and resolving technical issues
• EDUCATION
• B.Tech / B.E / B.ScIT Graduate or Post Graduate WORK EXPERIENCE - 3yrs to 10 yrs of work experience in Application
• Any specific requirements
• Preferably from Banking / BFSI Space
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Behavioral Traits Good Attitude, Sincere and hardworking
• Real technical credibility from deep knowledge
• Credible and mature personality
• Effective influencing skills and concise communicator

Technical Skills Requirement

• Excellent experience in managing Application Support (Operations) activities across Linux, windows, Oracle, PL/SQL, etc.
• Should have strong functional knowledge of products and features
