Team Member (Barista)

Peet’s Coffee is looking for a Team Member (Barista) who can delight our customers with their knowledge and expertise of our beverages and food offerings. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing our customers with a positive and memorable experience through exceptional customer service and mastery of our products.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of barista experience, a strong understanding of coffee brewing techniques, and an enthusiastic and outgoing demeanor. If you have the skills and drive to provide our customers with amazing service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks, in accordance with Peet's Coffee standards.

Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service.

Ensure that all customers are satisfied and their orders are correct.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure that all safety and sanitation standards are met.

Assist in stocking and restocking of all items needed for coffee service.

Accurately process customer transactions.

Follow company policies and procedures.

Assist with the training and development of new Team Members.

Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.

Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on all Peet's Coffee products, services, and promotions.
