F&B Store Manager

The F&B Store Manager is responsible for planning and executing the brand strategy, maintaining quality and authenticity, and overseeing daily operations.

He/she directs daily operations in the kitchen, restaurant, and retail areas to ensure excellent customer service and store management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Shop Manager in premium chocolate retail (experience in luxury brands chocolate retailers is highly preferred)
• Language Proficiency
• Fluency in English
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Skills

• Seven to nine years of experience in F&B Operations, or a similar role
