We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our project operations, crew coordination, and administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate crew travel, visas, and project logistics.
- Handle project documentation, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping.
- Support finance with petty cash management and supplier payments.
- Assist HR with onboarding and maintaining employee records.
- Maintain accurate databases and digital filing systems.
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers for project needs.
- Monitor purchase orders and follow up on payments.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and on-site teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in administration (experience in events, construction, or logistics is a plus).
- Excellent command of English and strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Highly organized, reliable, and a proactive problem-solver.
- Candidates must be locally available in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID
