Job Description
- Transfer Pricing
- TP planning: discussion to establish TP policies (TP method, TP benchmark and margins applicable) and alignment of TP policies with corporate restructuring projects;
- TP control: preparation of annual control evidencing compliance with TP policies;
- TP documentation: support preparation of Country-by-Country Report, Master File and Local Files
- Map and validate existent intercompany agreements from a TP perspective
- Corporate restructuring and M&ASupport internal stakeholders in M&A projects
- Support corporate restructuring projects to optimize the business’ operations along with tax risks mitigation and tax savings through legitimate tax plannings
- Support the preparation of SPAs and Tax Deeds
- Support Tax Due Diligences from seller and buyer’s side
- Tax compliance
- Coordinate/review tax filings and payments are done correctly and timely
- CIT, CIT Advanced Payments, Zakat, VAT, WHT, Stamp duty, among others
- Tax credits monetization
- Coordination of tax refund or offset processes as
- Tax planning to optmize credits monetization, including corporate restructuring
- Tax Accounting
- Support on external audits for tax/TP related matters
- Coordinate tax liabilities calculations and booking (e.g. VAT payable), tax provisions (e.g. CIT provision in monthly closing), tax assets (e.g. Deferred Tax Asset) and tax payments
- Support reconciliation between tax filings/payments and tax GL accounts balances
- Academic Background Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Economics or equivalent discipline (mandatory)
