Tax Specialist

A leading UAE-based construction and investment group is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax (CT) Specialist to join its Finance team and lead the organization's corporate tax function.🔹 Key Responsibilities✔ Corporate Tax compliance and reporting✔ Transfer Pricing (TP) implementation and governance✔ Tax planning and optimization strategies✔ Liaison with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA)✔ Economic Substance Reporting (ESR) and regulatory compliance✔ ERP tax integration and automation initiatives✔ Tax advisory support for business transactions and restructuring🔹 Requirements✅ Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or equivalent professional qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA)✅ Minimum 8 years of relevant taxation experience✅ Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax regulations✅ Experience within large corporate or multinational organizations✅ Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a diversified business group and contribute to the development of a robust and future-focused tax function.
