- We are looking for a performance-driven and analytically strong Digital Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience in planning, strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- The ideal candidate should be highly data-oriented, comfortable with marketing technology, and actively updated on the latest AI trends and tools transforming performance marketing.
This role requires someone who can independently manage campaigns end-to-end, identify business and consumer trends, derive actionable insights, and work closely with brands/stakeholders to drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels including: Google Ads Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Other digital channels/platforms as required Handle campaign planning & execution on a daily basis and take proactive optimization decisions based on performance trends and business requirements Manage and optimize: Conversion-driven campaigns Video-led campaigns Demand Generation campaigns Google Performance Max (PMax) campaigns Meta campaigns using ABO and CBO structures at scale Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, and other key KPIs regularly Analyze campaign and business data to generate actionable, data-driven insights for brands/stakeholders Identify market, consumer, and business trends and translate them into campaign opportunities Collaborate with internal teams, brands, and stakeholders to align media strategies with business goals Leverage AI tools and marketing technologies to improve campaign efficiency, audience targeting, reporting, creative testing, and overall performance Stay updated with the latest developments in: AI-driven marketing Digital advertising platforms Automation tools Attribution and analytics ecosystems Conduct A/B testing and experimentation across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and funnels Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and campaign measurement through analytics and attribution tools

- Google Tag Manager and related tracking tools Experience in handling campaigns with significant spends and scaling performance campaigns efficiently Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and derive actionable insights Understanding of attribution models, audience segmentation, and conversion funnels Familiarity with AI tools and emerging AI applications in digital marketing Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, beauty, fashion, or consumer brands Exposure to automation tools, dashboards, or marketing tech platforms Basic understanding of creative strategy and performance-focused content
