About the Team and the Role
The Marketing team at Ather is responsible for ushering the Indian EV movement forward, building from scratch, and taking moonshots to maximize business impact from owned and paid media.
This role is for a Digital Media Manager who will develop integrated media plans, oversee performance marketing efforts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale business contributions.
Responsibilities
- Maximize business impact from owned and paid media channels.
- Develop integrated media plans and strategies with agency teams primarily on digital channels.
- Oversee performance marketing efforts on e-commerce, affiliate, and other lead generation platforms.
- Ensure timely deployment and target delivery of live campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance to arrive at actionable learnings and maximize business impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale business contributions of paid and owned media.
- Experience and
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Marketing/Media.8 to 10 years of media planning experience handling flagship portfolio brands at a network media agency.
- Adept with managing digital media budgets of 30Cr+.Experience working on automotive brands or premium tech brands is a must.
- Must Have
Competencies
- Complete mastery over full funnel campaign planning, buying, and deployment across biddable media, affiliates, and direct publishers.
- Advanced data processing and analytical capabilities utilizing MS Excel to evaluate campaign performance.
- Deep knowledge of audience and media planning tools including GWI, TGI, Comscore, BARC, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Thorough technical understanding of digital media measurement, tracking methodologies, ad servers, Google Analytics, and app analytics.

Competencies
- Functional understanding of SEO and Google My Business (GMB) best practices to optimize organic visibility.
- Functional understanding of offline media planning principles to support holistic marketing strategies.
- Working experience with new-age brands and navigating growing market categories.
- Core capability in managing, mentoring, and leading a small team of direct reports.
