Senior electrical engineer with at least 15 years of techno-commercial experience in the UAE Oil and Gas market.
Experience working with UAE/Abu Dhabi Oil and Gas clients and EPC companies.
Team management experience.
Exposure to MV/HV switchgear or Industrial UPS is preferable but not mandatory.
Experience working in a multicultural environment.

Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.

Service/technical exposure is preferable.

Excellent commercial knowledge of terms and conditions.

Good technical knowledge of oil-field and power distribution projects.

Excellent communication skills.

Good safety behavior and medically fit for site visits.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing track.

Good negotiation skills.
