• Job Scopes
• Server :
• Cashiering duties
• Prepare customer's order (e.g take the grilled Yakitori from display shelving)
• Serve the meal to their table
• Wipe / clear the tables
• Job Scopes -Kitchen / Grill :
• Prepare the ingredients (e.g meat/ veg)
• Slice the meats into cubes
• Skew the meat
• Grill the skewers meat
• Ensure the working environment is clean
