We are looking for a high-potential professional to drive Product & Trade Marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on designing and executing dealer–distributor loyalty programs. The role will play a critical part in enhancing channel engagement, driving product penetration, and supporting GTM strategies across India.
Manager - Product & Trade Marketing
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Loyalty Program Design & Execution
- Conceptualize and implement innovative dealer & distributor loyalty programs
- Design reward structures (points, incentives, tier-based benefits, experiential rewards)
- Drive adoption and engagement across channel partners
- Monitor program performance, ROI, and continuously optimize
- Trade Marketing & Channel Engagement
- Develop and execute trade marketing initiatives to drive sell-through
- Plan and execute seasonal schemes, incentive programs, and promotional campaigns
- Strengthen dealer/distributor relationships and brand loyalty.
- Channel Expansion
- Identify opportunities for dealer/distributor network expansion
- Support onboarding and activation of new channel partners
- Work closely with regional sales teams to increase market coverage
- Product Marketing & Penetration
- Drive product visibility and adoption, especially for new product lines (e.g., bathware
- segment)
- Design trade-led campaigns to improve product mix and market share
- Conduct product training and awareness programs for channel partners.
- Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Support GTM planning for new product launches
- Align pricing, promotions, and channel schemes for effective rollout
- Collaborate with sales, brand, and category teams for execution
- Data & Performance Analytics
- Track key KPIs: dealer participation, scheme effectiveness, sales uplift
- Use insights to refine trade marketing strategies
- Manage budgets and ensure ROI-driven execution
Candidate Profile
- MBA from premium B-schools (Tier 1 / Tier 2)
- 2–5 years of experience in:
o Trade Marketing
o Channel Marketing / Loyalty Programs
o FMCG / Building Materials / Consumer Durables / Pipes / Bathware / Paints
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience in designing & launching channel loyalty programs
- Strong understanding of dealer–distributor ecosystem
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B2C or distribution-led industries
- Exposure to Product marketing / GTM strategy
- Strong execution and problem-solving ability
