What You'll Do ?Own and drive end-to-end growth strategy across Meta, Google, and other paid acquisition channels. Optimize funnels, take feedback from Sales teamsBuild and manage strategic partnerships to unlock new growth opportunities and revenue streams.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Creative, CRM, and Analytics teams to improve conversion and retention.

What We're Looking For

• 10-15 years of experience in Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing, preferably in consumer internet, D2C, or healthtech.
• Expertise in managing Meta and Google.
• Strong understanding of attribution, funnel optimisation, and growth analytics.
• Stakeholder management and team leadership
