Business AnalystOverview We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Business Analyst with experience in Agile methodologies to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Owners and development teams to gather, refine, and manage business requirements.
You will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions while supporting multiple initiatives and value streams within the organization.
Certifications: Agile/Scrum or Project Management certification is a plus.

ExperienceIndustry Experience: Required experience in life insurance, health insurance, or annuities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field preferred).
Professional Experience: 3+ years as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment, preferably within the life insurance industry.
Strong understanding of the insurance industry, including the new business application lifecycle, underwriting processes, policy administration, and the full insurance value chain (application through claims). Familiarity with ACORD standards is helpful.
Experience working closely with QA teams during testing is a plus.
Solid familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and working in cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira and Confluence for backlog management and requirements documentation.
