We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Bend, Oregon! The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of maintenance operations across all areas of a manufacturing facility. This role leads the maintenance team in executing preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
The Maintenance Supervisor works closely with the production departments to ensure maintenance activities are performed safely and efficiently, aligning with company goals and relaying important company information to Co-Owners in a highly engaging manner.
Hot or cold work conditions (varies by season), with average temperatures ranging from 40-90 degrees. Office environment includes use of computers, tablets, scanners, and printers.
Manufacturing environment: includes, but in not limited to, automated high-speed bottling, canning and kegging equipment, forklifts, and hand tools. High noise decibel level (DB) areas.
Must be physically able to perform all related jobs in the work area. Stand, walk and sit for a maximum of 3 hours prior to each break period.
Able to occasionally lift up to 70lbs.
Ability to transition from an office to a production environment multiple times per shift.
