SERVICE ADVISOR — OUTLAND MOTORS · BEND, OREGONOutland Motors is Bend's premier Land Rover and specialty vehicle service and sales operation. We've been in business for 12 years and have built our reputation on doing things the right way — honest communication, quality workmanship, and relationships with customers who genuinely love their vehicles.

We work on Land Rovers, Porsches, G-Wagons, and the most interesting cars in Central Oregon. We are not a volume shop. We are not a dealership. We are a small, tight-knit team that takes real pride in what we do.

We are growing. We are moving to a new facility in 2027. And we are looking for the right person to grow with us.

THE ROLE

You will be the first voice our customers hear and the last impression they leave with. You'll own the service workflow from initial call to final handoff — writing repair orders, communicating with our technicians, keeping customers informed, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This isn't a high-volume churn-and-burn position. Our customers trust us with vehicles they care deeply about. Your job is to protect that trust every single day.

What you'll actually do:— Answer phones, schedule appointments, and greet customers in person— Write accurate repair orders and obtain customer approvals before work begins— Communicate job status between technicians and customers clearly and proactively— Build and follow up on estimates — don't let work walk out the door— Keep the shop organized, scheduled, and flowing— Learn our vehicles and our customers well enough to make informed recommendations— Help us grow revenue by ensuring every customer leaves with confidence in us
