General Manager - Mandarin Required

About TERMINAXTERMINAX is a fast-growing global manufacturer specializing in Paint Protection Film (PPF), Window Film, and automotive surface protection solutions. With operations across multiple international markets, we are expanding our presence in the Middle East and seeking an entrepreneurial leader to establish and grow our UAE business.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated General Manager to lead TERMINAX's business operations and market expansion efforts in the United Arab Emirates. This role will be responsible for developing sales channels, building strategic partnerships, managing local operations, and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary leader of our UAE business and work closely with headquarters to execute the company's regional growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies for the UAE market.
• Build and manage distributor, dealer, and installer networks.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and industry partners.
• Lead local sales, operations, and administrative activities.
• Recruit, train, and manage local team members as the business expands.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare business reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for headquarters.
• Represent TERMINAX at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.
• Ensure compliance with local business regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

Required

5+ years of management, business development, or sales leadership experience.

Proven experience developing markets and building business operations.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Fluent Mandarin Chinese.

Professional English proficiency.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.

Preferred

Experience in automotive aftermarket, PPF, window film, automotive accessories, coatings, or related industries.

Existing business network within the UAE or Middle East region.

Arabic language skills are a plus.
