Senior Genesys Cloud CX Developer – Genesys APIs, SDKs & Custom Integrations

We’re hiring Senior Genesys Cloud CX Developers to design and build Genesys Cloud CX solutions for a leading global IT services company supporting a major global client overseas.

This is a hands-on development role focused on Genesys Cloud CX APIs, Data Actions, SDK/API-based integrations, CRM connectivity, automation, and production-grade contact center customization. This is not a configuration, administration, or support-only position.

Experience

4+ years of hands-on experience specifically on Genesys Cloud CX, not only legacy Engage or PureConnect, within a broader contact center/CX background. We are hiring experienced hands-on developers, mid-to-senior level

• Cloud CX depth matters more to us than total years of experience.

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and integrate solutions across Genesys Cloud CX, including Data Actions, API integrations, CRM connectivity, Architect flows, routing strategies, digital/bot journeys, and automation of contact center workflows.

Senior hires will additionally own solutions end to end, including architecture decisions, integration design, production troubleshooting, and client-facing conversations.

Core Skills We’re Looking For

• Hands-on Genesys Cloud CX experience, not only PureConnect or Engage
• Genesys Cloud REST APIs, Data Actions, JSON, OAuth2, and external API integrations
• Custom integrations with CRM or enterprise applications such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Dynamics
• Coding exposure using JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs, OAuth2, and API-driven workflows
• Genesys Architect flow development including inbound, in-queue, outbound, bot/digital, and reusable flow modules
• ACD routing strategies including skills-based, priority, and predictive routing
• Event-driven design and integration troubleshooting
• Conversational bot experience, preferably with Genesys Dialog Engine / Bot Flows, NLU/NLP, intent/entity design, bot-to-agent handoff, or AI capabilities in bots
• Production experience including live deployments, incident handling, and troubleshooting under load
• Strong English communication and ability to work with client/stakeholder teams

Nice to Have

• Genesys Cloud certification: Implementation, Developer, or Architect
• AWS Lambda or cloud integration experience
• SIP, telephony, WebRTC, or AWS/cloud basics
• Insurance / BFSI domain experience
• Integrations with Guidewire, payment gateways, or mainframes
• Reporting, analytics, or speech analytics exposure

No single person needs to tick every box. We are looking for genuine Genesys Cloud CX all-rounders with real depth across several of these areas.

Candidates with only Genesys administration, monitoring, queue/user management, or support experience may not be suitable for this role.
