• Git and CI/CD Tools
• Salesforce DX
• Platform Events & Change Data Capture
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

For Senior & Lead Roles

• Experience with Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, Prompt Builder, and Data Cloud
• Experience in solution design and technical leadership
• Mentoring junior developers and driving best practices
• Strong understanding of scalable Salesforce architecture

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Platform Developer II
• Salesforce JavaScript Developer I
• Agentforce Specialist / Data Cloud Consultant / Platform App Builder (preferred)
