About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Teamcenter Developer with strong expertise in Teamcenter customization and Active Workspace (AW) development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ITK development, Teamcenter configuration, and leading small development teams. This is a full-time onsite opportunity based in Mahindra World City, Chennai.

👥 Experience: 3+ Years in Teamcenter Development with Team Handling Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Teamcenter solutions using ITK.
• Design and implement Active Workspace (AW) customizations and enhancements.
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Perform Teamcenter configurations, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers and support project delivery activities.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for PLM implementations and integrations.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Teamcenter Development.
• Hands-on expertise in ITK (Integration Toolkit).
• Experience with Active Workspace (AW) Customization.
• Teamcenter Configuration and Customization.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Team handling and leadership experience.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• SOA Development.
• BMIDE Customization.
• Teamcenter Workflow Customization.
• Rich Client Customization.
• Teamcenter Deployment & Administration knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of Teamcenter Development experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring development teams.
