About Us
Doner & Gyros is a rapidly growing Quick Service Restaurant brand operating 13 outlets across major malls in the UAE. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, drive sales growth, and strengthen our brand presence across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase dine-in, takeaway, delivery, and catering sales.
- Manage and optimize relationships with online food aggregators including Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon Food, Careem Food, and other delivery platforms.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Drive corporate catering sales and establish partnerships with corporate clients.
- Coordinate local store marketing activities across all outlets.
- Work closely with Operations to execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer trends.
- Negotiate marketing opportunities with aggregators, malls, and external partners.
- Ensure consistent brand standards across all restaurant locations.
Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years of UAE experience in Marketing within the Food & Beverage or QSR industry.
- Previous experience with a restaurant chain or multi-outlet F&B brand is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience managing online food aggregators (Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon Food, Careem Food, etc.).
- Experience in catering sales, corporate partnerships, and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable business growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
