Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive with 1-3 years of experience to support various human resource functions, including coordination, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be confident in public speaking.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end HR coordination activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Support in scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update HR records, MIS, and employee databases
• Facilitate employee onboarding and induction programs
• Coordinate and support employee engagement activities and events
• Assist in training coordination and internal communication
• Help in implementing HR policies and processes
• Handle general employee queries and provide HR support
