The Junior HRBP plays a vital role in supporting various HR processes including talent acquisition, engagement, learning & development, budgeting, and reporting. The role involves maintaining organizational standards in SAP, ensuring compliance in personnel administration, and supporting other departmental priorities with a generalist approach.
Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, firm knowledge of labor laws, and the ability to manage sensitive personnel information with confidentiality.
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Personnel Administration.
Proficiency in MS Office Tools & SAP HCM is essential.
Strong understanding of personnel administration from workflow, policy, legal, and systems perspectives.
