Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR & PRO Administrator to manage employee documentation, visa administration, government-related processes, and HR compliance activities. This is a hands-on operational role focused on ensuring employee records, company documentation, and regulatory requirements are maintained accurately and in compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee visa applications, renewals, transfers, cancellations, and other immigration-related processes
- Prepare and maintain employment contracts, offer letters, salary certificates, and other employee-related documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including passports, visas, Emirates IDs, insurance documents, and personnel files
- Monitor and manage expiry dates for visas, Emirates IDs, passports, trade licenses, insurance policies, and other regulatory documents, ensuring timely renewals
- Liaise with PROs, government authorities, free zone authorities, insurance providers, and external service providers
- Support payroll administration, attendance tracking, leave management, and employee record maintenance
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are completed
- Maintain HR trackers, employee databases, and compliance records
- Support company compliance by ensuring HR and administrative processes adhere to UAE labour laws and regulatory requirements

Requirements
- Previous experience in HR Administration, Personnel Administration, PRO Coordination, or a similar role within the UAEStrong knowledge of UAE visa processes, labour documentation, Emirates ID procedures, and government-related employee administration
- Experience coordinating trade license renewals and managing regulatory documentation
- Familiarity with payroll administration, leave management, attendance tracking, and HR operational processes
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and document renewal schedule
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
