We are currently hiring a HR Generalist - 6 Months Contract Role on behalf of a prestigious client, based in their Dubai office.
Job Purpose
The HR Generalist will primarily focus on HR operations and administrative activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day employee lifecycle management. This role will manage attendance, leave, timesheets, and invoicing processes, while maintaining accurate records and supporting overall HR efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records, HR systems, and documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks efficiently.
- Leave & Attendance Management:
- Monitor and manage employee attendance, absenteeism, and leave records.
- Maintain accurate leave balances and ensure proper approvals.
- Generate attendance reports and address discrepancies.
- Timesheet Management
- Track and validate employee timesheets on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Coordinate with employees and managers to ensure timely submissions.
- Resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate data for payroll processing.
- Payroll & Invoicing Support:
- Provide accurate attendance and timesheet data inputs for payroll.
- Assist with invoice preparation related to manpower or client billing.
- Coordinate with finance teams for invoice validation and submission.
- Employee Support:
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to attendance, leave, and HR policies.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes from an administrative perspective.
- Qualifications &
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.3–5 years of experience in HR operations/admin-focused role.
- Strong experience in attendance, leave, timesheet, and invoicing processes.
- Good understanding of payroll inputs and HR systems.
- Proficient in MS Excel and HR software.
