ADMIN COORDINATOR

• Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administratoror similar role.
• Manage and route phone calls appropriately.
• Knowledgeable location in UAE, mainly in Dubai area
• Schedule travel for technicians.
• Organize company documents into updated filing systems.
• Address employees’ and clients’ queries (via email, phone ).
• Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Can handle work pressure
