Role : Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Handle confidential correspondence, emails, calls, and communication on behalf of senior management
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, minutes, event budgets and monitor expenses
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders
• Organize and manage corporate events, board meetings, conferences, and executive functions
• Handle venue bookings, vendor coordination, event logistics, and guest management
• Prepare
• Support special projects and personal tasks assigned by executives
• Maintain confidential records and executive documentation

Requirements

• Provide high-level administrative and personal support to senior executives while also managing corporate events, meetings, and special functions.
• Support with Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in C-Level as an Executive Assistant.
• Strong business acumen, professionalism, and ability to operate with minimal supervision
• Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in MSO and calendar management
• Location: Dubai, UAESalary: AED 15,000 all inclusive.

Preferred
