Guest Relation Executive

We are looking for a Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) / Receptionist with experience in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming clients, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience at the sales office.

• Manage the front desk and greet walk-in clients and visitors professionally.
• Maintain the visitor register and client database.
• Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings and site visit scheduling.
• Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and direct them to the concerned department.
• Provide basic project information to walk-in clients and assist them at the sales office.
• Maintain reception area, brochures, and marketing materials.
