Position Overview
K.R. Mangalam University is looking for a proactive and well-organized Guest Relations Executive to manage and coordinate the complete guest experience during university visits. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest handling, from airport pickup to departure, while coordinating all hospitality and meeting arrangements within the university.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage guest arrivals, including airport pickups and transportation arrangements to and from the university.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their visit.
- Ensure smooth coordination with internal departments regarding guest meetings, schedules, and appointments.
- Arrange and oversee hospitality services, including snacks, meals, refreshments, and other guest requirements.
- Manage end-to-end guest experience from arrival at the university until departure.
- Coordinate with administrative and support teams to ensure all guest-related arrangements are executed efficiently.
- Maintain proper communication with guests and internal stakeholders for seamless visit management.
- Handle any urgent guest requirements or last-minute schedule changes professionally.
- Ensure high standards of hospitality and represent the university professionally.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.2–4 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, front office, or coordination roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with Gurgaon and nearby locations preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.

Candidate Profile
Experience in educational institutions, hospitality, or corporate guest management preferred.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
