As a Guest Service Associate- Front office you will be Responsible for daily administration, meeting and greeting, dealing with guests’ queries and complaints. You are required to Maintain high standards of customer services at the reception desk so that customers’ expectations are consistently exceeded.
Relevant Front Office experience is an asset fresher also can apply.
Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management would be an advantage.
