Gender: AnyCandidate Nationality: AnyJob Type: Full-time Role Context The Graphic Designer - Visual Communications will support Parsons by producing professional design materials for proposals, presentations, reports, technical papers, marketing collateral, internal communications, and client-facing documents.

The role contributes to brand consistency, document clarity, proposal quality, and visual impact by transforming technical content into polished layouts, graphics, charts, diagrams, and reproduction-ready artwork aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities * Design and prepare complex artwork, copy layouts, and visual communication materials using current graphic design software and production tools.* Apply established company style standards, formats, brand rules, and layout requirements across assigned design work.* Work directly with technical writers, editors, authors, and internal requestors to review artwork, written content, and supporting materials.* Recommend improvements to enhance clarity, consistency, visual quality, accuracy of expression, and alignment with company style.* Produce reproduction-ready visual graphics for proposals, presentations, reports, newsletters, brochures, flyers, slides, charts, plots, diagrams, tables, sketches, posters, signs, certificates, and related communication assets.* Modify existing artwork, templates, layouts, charts, and design files as required for project or corporate needs.* Support proposal and document production teams by delivering accurate graphics within agreed schedules.* Work as part of a functional creative or communications team to complete assignments on time and to required quality standards.* Prepare reproduction data including sizing, reduction requirements, quantities, paper selection, ink guidance, and print-related specifications.* Review visual materials for presentation quality, readability, layout accuracy, and production readiness.* Assist in training new employees when required and support quality review of work produced by junior graphic designers.* Manage multiple design assignments at the same time while maintaining attention to detail and schedule discipline.* Maintain organized design files, source artwork, final outputs, and production-ready documents.* Perform additional graphic design and visual communication responsibilities as required by the team.

Ideal Profile * Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is required.* Minimum 6 years of related graphic design experience is required.* UAE work experience is mandatory.* Strong proficiency in graphic design technology and software used for professional design assignments.* Advanced graphic design skills with a strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, brand consistency, and document presentation.* Thorough knowledge of graphics production techniques, reproduction methods, printing processes, and final artwork preparation.* Ability to complete detailed, varied, and simultaneous design assignments within strict deadlines.* Experience preparing graphics for proposals, reports, presentations, technical papers, newsletters, and corporate communication materials.* Strong eye for accuracy, design consistency, formatting, and production quality.* Ability to collaborate effectively with writers, editors, technical teams, managers, and internal stakeholders.* Professional approach to feedback, revisions, quality control, and schedule commitments.
