A leading London Market Insurer is seeking an experienced Product Lead with previous Industry experience to take ownership of its flagship underwriting platform, a cornerstone product within its evolving portfolio.

This high-impact role will see the Product Lead shape product vision, strategy, and delivery — ensuring measurable outcomes for the business. You will take full ownership of the underwriting platform, blending a traditional workbench UI with a conversational interface powered by rich, API-driven data.

Key Focus Areas

• Set and own the product vision and roadmap for the underwriting platform.
• Prioritise effectively, ensuring outcomes are measurable and aligned to business strategy.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver both immediate value and long-term growth.
• Surface and articulate the product’s impact, connecting delivery to strategic objectives.
• Balance product leadership with strong stakeholder management and technical understanding.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven expertise as a Product Lead / Senior Product Manager, in the London Insurance Market (MUST HAVE).
• Strong command of product management discipline with a track record of delivering high-value digital products.
• Solid insurance knowledge, particularly in underwriting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Technical comprehension of data would be advantageous.
• Clear communicator, confident in shaping strategy and driving execution.
