This role is foundational to our success, ensuring the quality and timely supply of all ingredients and materials needed to deliver the signature Joe & The Juice experience.

The Role

What You’ll Do

As our Restaurant Manager, you are the "Captain of the Ship." You will oversee daily operations, ensuring every guest receives that signature Joe & The Juice experience—great music, fresh vibes, and world-class products.

• Lead the Tribe: Train, lead and inspire a team of Juicers and Baristas. You’ll foster an environment where personality shines and teamwork is non-negotiable.
• Master the Brew: Take full ownership of our coffee and juice standards. We are looking for someone who understands the science behind a perfect extraction and the art of high-volume service.
• Drive the Business: Manage P&L, inventory, and labor costs. You’ll be responsible for hitting sales targets while maintaining premium quality.
• Guest Obsession: Ensure every "Joe" who walks through our doors leaves happier than when they entered.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

This isn't a desk job. We need a hands-on leader who thrives on the floor.

• The Coffee Factor: You must have significant experience in a leading coffee chain. You understand the workflow of a high-traffic café and have a deep-rooted knowledge of coffee trends and standards.
• Leadership Pedigree: At least 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or café management.
• The Vibe: You are charismatic, professional, and possess excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Operational Excellence: Strong organizational skills with a "get-it-done" attitude. You can handle the rush without breaking a sweat.
