The Alumni Benefits and Communication Coordinator is responsible for programs managed through the office of alumni relations that provide benefits and services to alumni as well as provide support for multiple alumni communication channels. Programs include the alumni insurance program, virtual book club, reduced tickets to community events, online discounts, and the alumni ID distribution program.
The communication processes involved with this role include the Tiger Connect website, TU Today, Salesforce, Target X email system and alumni newsletters. Telework may be available for this position up to two days per week following the completion of 90 days of service in good standing.
Targeted salary range at $56,000-$61,000 annually and full University benefits that include 22 days of annual leave, up to 17 holidays, personal and sick days; excellent health, life, and retirement plans; and tuition remission.
