About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts to lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial reporting and taxation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable standards
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliance, taxation (GST, TDS), and audits
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
- Drive cost optimization and financial efficiency
- Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for business planning and analysis

Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Mandatory
- Minimum 2+ years of post-qualification experience after obtaining the CA qualification.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
