We're looking for a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial planning, management, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and experience in managing financial operations in a manufacturing setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting- Manage financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory management- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies- Analyze financial data to inform business decisions- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) with 6+ years of experience in finance- Proven experience in financial management, planning, and analysis- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills- Ability to lead and manage a team- Experience in manufacturing industry is a plusFund Management & Strategic FinanceLead end-to-end fund management activities, including working capital planning, cash flow optimization, treasury management, and capital allocation across multiple locations in India.
- Drive fundraising initiatives by engaging with investors, banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions; support due diligence, financial modeling, and investor reporting.
- Develop financial strategies to support rapid business growth, expansion, and operational scalability across pan-India operations.
- Ensure effective utilization of funds while maintaining financial discipline, liquidity, and profitability targets.
