Account Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and inventory management, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process day-to-day accounting entries including invoice processing and bill entries
• Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Handle GST and TDS filings and compliance
• Maintain and manage inventory records
• Prepare and maintain Accounts MIS reports for management review

Competencies

• Sound knowledge of GST and TDS regulations
• Experience in Accounts MIS reporting and inventory management
• Proficiency in Zoho Books and/or Odoo
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
• Good analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance2–3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
