Senior General Manager

We're partnering with a growing restoration company seeking a General Manager to serve as the #2 operator — owning day-to-day operations so the owner can focus on scaling the business.

What You'll Do

• Own overall business performance, including revenue, margins, forecasting, and operational KPILead all field and office operations across mitigation and reconstruction, ensuring consistent, on-time, and high-quality execution
• Build, develop, and hold accountable a high-performing team across production, admin, and project leadership
• Drive a strong customer experience — managing communication with clients, insurers, and partners, and resolving escalations
• Partner with business development to support growth and maintain key referral relationships
• Establish and enforce processes, standards, and safety practices to ensure operational consistency and compliance

What You Bring

• 7–12+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or related services
• Prior leadership experience managing teams and operations
• Strong understanding of P&L, job costing, and operational KPExperience thriving in fast-paced, service-based environments
• Restoration industry experience preferred (SERVPRO, Service
• Master, Paul Davis, etc
• Familiarity with Xactimate and insurance-driven workflows is a plus
