Job Summary
Provide high-quality outpatient nursing care to patients in a busy clinic setting. Support physicians and healthcare teams with patient assessments, treatments, and education to promote optimal health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient triage and assist with initial assessments to determine care needs.
- Administer medications and vaccines accurately according to physician orders.
- Document patient information, vital signs, and clinical notes in electronic health records.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medication usage, and health maintenance.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment in compliance with protocols.
Qualifications
- Hold a valid and current LVN or LPN license.
- Possess previous experience in outpatient, clinic, or ambulatory care settings.
- Demonstrate strong patient communication and assessment skills.
- Be proficient in basic clinical procedures and documentation.
- Exhibit ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain required CPR and BLS certifications.
