Position Summary
The PMO Director is responsible for leading the organization's Project Management Office (PMO) at a strategic level, driving governance, portfolio management, project delivery excellence, and organizational transformation initiatives across technology and consulting services.
The role ensures alignment of project investments with EjadTech’s strategic objectives while maintaining high standards of execution, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

- Strategic PMO Leadership
- Define and lead the PMO vision, strategy, and operating model aligned with organizational goals.
- Establish enterprise-wide project governance frameworks, methodologies, policies, and standards.
- Drive PMO maturity and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Oversee project portfolio planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, project investments, and delivery outcomes.
- Provide executive leadership with portfolio insights, strategic recommendations, and performance reporting.

- Portfolio & Project Governance
- Direct and oversee the full portfolio of technology and consulting projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved scope, budget, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Monitor portfolio health, project performance, risks, dependencies, and resource utilization.
- Govern project stage gates, approvals, and executive decision-making processes.
- Ensure contractual commitments, deliverables, and client obligations are fulfilled.
- Oversee project closure processes, including completion certificates, client sign-offs, and formal handovers.

- Organizational Performance & Operational Excellence
- Lead the development of PMO tools, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics.
- Establish portfolio management practices that support organizational growth and scalability.
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies and process improvements.
- Drive organizational adoption of project management best practices and delivery excellence.
- Support strategic initiatives, business transformation programs, and corporate planning efforts.

- Leadership & Capability Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop PMO managers, project managers, and delivery teams.
- Build a high-performance project management culture across the organization.
- Foster collaboration between business units, consulting teams, technology teams, and executive leadership.
- Promote professional development and project management capability building.

- Executive & Client Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary executive sponsor for PMO governance and portfolio oversight.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership, clients, and strategic partners.
- Represent Ejad
- Tech in executive steering committees, governance boards, and client leadership meetings.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnership success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.PMP certification required;
- PgMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.
- Minimum 15+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years in PMO leadership or executive delivery roles.
- Proven experience leading enterprise PMOs and managing large technology and consulting portfolios.
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks, portfolio management, organizational transformation, and business strategy.
