As part of the Shopee Mall team, you will be managing and coordinating brand specific initiatives, and optimizing the process of mall-wide initiatives and activities.
Job Description
- Project Management Establish and coordinate Shopee Mall campaigns and initiatives within the team, including project design, prioritisation, planning, execution, and performance tracking
- Design and continuously improve Shopee Mall’s internal SOPs and processes to drive operational efficiency and scalability (including business automation)
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and execution gaps, and drive mitigation through cross team collaboration
- Owning initiatives, which includes oversight, performance monitoring and suggesting improvements
- Design and continuously improve Shopee Mall's internal SOPs to drive efficiency
- Strategic Support & Decision-Making
- Using data to develop business strategies and support the business teams in executing the strategies To establish processes and dashboards to collect and analyse internal and external market data to derive business insights
- Provide analytical support for leadership decision-making and business reviews
- Stakeholder Management & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Formulate and facilitate project missions, goals and resource management, establishing ownership
- Coordinate and communicate across stakeholders to align on project scope, timelines, and expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in one or more of the following: project management, management consulting, e-commerce, banking, or a fast-paced start-up environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and Microsoft PowerPoint / Google Slides
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information into clear presentations and executive summaries
- Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and growth mindset
