Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Business Finance professional with 2-3 years of experience who will partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance, improve revenue, and support business growth. The role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and hands-on experience in tracking and optimizing key financial metrics within the QSR ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- NSO (New Store Opening) Tracking:o Monitor and evaluate financial performance of new store launcheso Track ROI, payback period, and store-level profitabilityo Work closely with operations and expansion teams Revenue Tracking & Enhancement:o Analyze daily/weekly/monthly revenue trends across storeso Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimizationo Drive data-backed insights for improving topline performance Marketing & Sales Finance Support:o Partner with marketing teams to evaluate campaign ROIo Analyze promotional effectiveness and customer acquisition costo Support pricing strategies and sales initiatives Budgeting & Forecasting:o Assist in annual budgeting and periodic forecastso Track actuals vs budget and highlight variances Business Partnering:o Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and marketing teamso Provide actionable insights to improve business performance . MIS & Reporting:o Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership reviewo Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Key Skills Required
- Strong financial analysis and business acumen Good understanding of P&L, unit economics, and cost structures Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (mandatory) Experience in retail/QSR metrics like footfall, ticket size, LFL growth Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Strong communication and stakeholder management
