Repair & Maintenance Multi Technician

Stella Stays is a fast growing hospitality & Real Estate company with a variety of properties including residential buildings, villas & penthouses in Dubai.

We are looking for the best multi-talent maintenance technicians in UAE to join our growing team!

As a repair & Maintenance technician with Stella Stays, you will be performing a wide variety of maintenance tasks to keep our properties in the best possible conditions at all time.

• Plumbing work
• AC servicing & repairs
• Civil work of all kind (plastering, painting, tile work, carpentry)
• Electrical work
• Pool cleaning & servicing
• Gardening & landscaping

Responsibilities and expectations

• Attend and resolve maintenance issues tickets
• Troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions
• Perform inspection and preventive maintenance actions on property systems & components
• Perform pool cleaning & servicing and garden cleaning when assigned
• Perform required maintenance work as per schedule on new projects work (new property launch, property refurbishment, client project)
• Report activities and give feedback on the work performed to department lead
• Support department lead and project managers with timeline & material planning when needed
• Provide on-field & logistic support to operations department when needed

Requirements

• Open mind and willingness to work and expand your skills and competences
• Experience in residential maintenance and general understanding of plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Pools, civil works
• Reliability, initiative and problem solving skills are a must
• Knowledge of tools & equipment
• General knowledge of maintenance methods & processes
• UAE driving license is a plus for this role
• English speaking & writing is a plus for this role
