Kids HQ Arcade LLC. is looking to hire a Cashier / Receptionist for its branch located in Dubai - UAE

Position: Receptionist

Location: Dubai - UAE

Experience: 3-4 years in entertainment side

Salary: AED 3,000 to 3,500

Job duties

Answer and direct phone calls professionally
Welcome and assist visitors and clients
Manage bookings, events, and appointments
Perform data entry and administrative tasks
Handle filing, scanning, photocopying, and printing
Prepare reports and manage mail/packages
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Provide excellent customer service
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Use MS Office for daily administrative work
Perform additional tasks assigned by management
