The Opportunity

This is one of the Bay Area's most respected and established general contractors — a firm with decades of delivered projects, deep community roots, and a pipeline that continues to grow. They're looking for a Senior Project Manager who doesn't just manage projects, but leads them with precision, purpose, and conviction.
If you've spent years in the field shaping multifamily and senior living communities across the Bay, this role was built for you.
What You'll Do
- You'll take full ownership of complex construction projects from pre-construction through closeout — managing budgets, schedules, subcontractor relationships, and client expectations without missing a beat.
- You'll be the connective tissue between the field and the boardroom, keeping every stakeholder aligned and every milestone on track.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
- A strong multifamily portfolio — ground-up, podium, mixed-use, senior living
- Deep familiarity with Bay Area market conditions, subcontractor networks, and local permitting
- Mastery of project scheduling tools (Procore, MS Project, or equivalent)
- A track record of delivering on time, on budget, and without drama
