Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Frontend Development: Develop user-facing web applications using technologies like HTML, CSS, Typescript and JavaScript and frameworks like React.js.

Backend Development: Develop and maintain backend services using Python, Django, Flask or FastAPI.

Work with relational and non‑relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.

API Development and Integration: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to connect frontend and backend components, ensuring smooth data flow and communication between different parts of the application.

Version Control and Collaboration: Use Git, SVN and other version control systems to track code changes and collaborate with other team developers.

Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify, diagnose, and fix bugs in the application, ensuring a smooth user experience.

Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to improve development practices continuously.
