- Qualifications: High School Diploma (Grade 12) minimum. Fluency in written and spoken English is strictly required. Proficiency in a second language is a major advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in premium customer service, luxury hospitality, or retail environments. Previous aviation or DCS (Departure Control System) experience is highly preferred.
